Kendrapara: Crocodile Drags Man Into Kharasrota River

Kendrapara, Sep 16: A crocodile dragged a man into Kharasrota river in Odisha’s Kendrapara district on Monday.

The incident took place near Ichhapur village under Aul police station limits in the district.

As per reports, the victim, identified as Ajambar Nayak Ichhapur village went to the bank of the river Kharasrota for grazing his cattle. When Nayak was crossing a creek adjacent to the river with a herd of buffaloes, a giant crocodile dragged him to the river.

After getting information, Aul Police and Forest officials reached the spot and started a search operation to trace the victim.
